Let’s read the rules and regulations of the permanent period.
SALARY:
Salary will be revised. If the Salary was predefined, we will give the exact amount, as we promised.
INCREMENT CYCLE:
Increment is an important part of professional life. It is a reward for your hard work. We have two increment cycles every year. YES, TWO!!!
Let’s make it crystal clear. We believe in transparency. Increment is totally based on your performance. If you achieve the minimum points in Evaluation, you will be eligible for the increment.
And, If you fail, don’t worry. You will receive your increment in the next increment phase for sure.
We encourage you to do the BEST and grab the increment 2 times in a year.
INCREMENT ELIGIBILITY:
We have fixed regulations for the increment. If you join in the middle of any increment cycle within 4 months of your joining, you will not be applicable for that increment cycle.
But the good news is that you will be eligible for the 2nd increment cycle.
LEAVES:
In the 1st year of joining, you will get medical leaves and half of the casual leaves.

BUSINESS CARD:
After finishing the Probation period you will get your Business Card immediately.
You will also get a newly renewed Official ID card. But you must return your trainee/intern card to the HR departments to get the renewed one.
